I went to Serra Kia to look at a used SUV which had unfortunately been sold late the night before. My sales professional, Joey BIbb, listened to what i needed in a vehicle, which were dependability, affordability, safety and good mpg. I ended up purchasing a used VW Passat TDI SEL, and couldn't be happier with the purchase. Joey was great, laid back, answered questions, and didn't pressure me into something i didn't want. He really listened to what i needed in a vehicle and that's what i walked away with. I think i ended up with a better vehicle than the SUV i initially went in to look at.
