My car was recently totaled due to tornado damage. I wasn't looking to buy a new car and was simply dreading the whole experience. I had looked at a couple of other lots in town and the experience was less than ideal. I stopped in at Cooper Chevrolet and the first person out the door was Justin. I can not say enough good things about him and how well he handled this crazy car buying lady! He was sympathetic when I explained I didn't know what I wanted other than my old car back. He went and got the keys to every car I asked to just sit in and let me test drive half a dozen cars before I settled in on "The One". We were looking to trade my Expeditin EL for 2 cars if possible. Other car dealerships were not willing to make that happen. I found Cooper Chevrolet and Buick online and was put in contact with Chris Chappell. After negotiating for 2 days we came to a great deal. My husband and I drove 2 hours to the dealership to pick the vehicles up and make the trade. What a phenomenal experience this was. Chris had all paper work ready to sign and the cars cleaned and fueled up! Did I mention he met us on a Sunday when the car dealership wasn’t even open! Just wow!
