Worst dealership I ever set foot on! They jack the prices...

Worst dealership I ever set foot on! They jack the prices on their vehicle compared to the internet prices. I was told they do this on purpose to get you to come in, and what take advantage of your money!

Recently had appointment for oil change and arrived 30 minutes early. There were no other cars in line ahead of me. After waiting almost an hour I questioned why it was taking so long. Was given every excuse in the book; we are running behind, service techs had quit, only one tech doing oil changes, etc.. After 1 1/2 hour waiting and still car hadn’t been moved I told them I was leaving. That isn’t the service I expected from a dealership. I understand there are some situations that are beyond control but a quick update would have been sufficient.

We responded by email and phone calls and did speak to you directly, which at that time you asked us to call you back later. Salesman was excellent. A month after purchasing a vehicle I received the second key and fob for the vehicle along with a notice the tag was ready to pick up.

Do not buy from them!

If I could leave less I would, needless to say my elderly mother took her 2018 truck up there to see why the check engine light was on and at no point has anyone been able to tell us why. However, they ended up getting her in a new truck. After we discovered this had happened we tried to go up there and just get her old truck back which they refused. The scammed her into a new truck and an additional $10,000 in fees and randomness they slipped into the paperwork. They do not care about anyone and I don’t recommend ever doing business with them. It’s truly saddening that the world and people like this are out there but here were. In my research and talking to police, I found that although this is unethical it’s not unlawful and there should be a law to protect the elderly from this level of deceit.

DO NOT BUY HERE!! They take advantage of elderly people and will continue to do so. My elderly mother took her 2018 truck there to have the check engine light looked out. They conned her into a new truck and $10,000 in fees and random stuff as well. They still can not tell anyone what the issue was!
