The Dealership itself is great.But there service needs work.Took my Jeep in for service and come out and got in there was a greased handprint in my passenger seat, the oil life was not reset.The guy came out and cleaned the seat its gone but I didn't know the oil life was not reset until l stopped to get something to eat, so I seet it myself. I will take it back they are a great and Friendly place.

Beware of this racist dealership. They treat the customers depending on there color of your skin. I have a Wagoneer and you are supposed to get your truck washed and another is supposed to be provided to you when service is being done. Depends on who you are. They say they don’t have any and Chrysler need to provide them with loaner vehicles. I will never buy or service my vehicle at this dealership again. They are not honoring the selling point they pitched when you purchase the vehicle. This only applies to certain people and it was witnessed.

Service was great, super helpful professional and the environment was friendly really welcoming. The guys Ryan and Denver could be seen and heard helping anyone they could in the building and by phone.

Took over two hours for oil change and tire rotation. Not a thrill waiting in the lobby. Suggest you advise how long it would take. Should be an easy time to project based on backlog.

I purchased my car 8 months ago and every time I have gone to get my oil changed and just recently my tire had a nail. Everyone is super nice. Especially Clint Long and Ryan in repair.
