I will leave a review on any website I need to in order to shed light on this particular location because this dealership has to be the WORST in the country along with these unreliable cars! the employees are even worse! 4 months and counting my car is STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD MY CAR SERVICED ANYWHERE BUT HERE! They mess up your car and act like they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation! If you have an issue, contact corporate because these people wit not assist you until you get their bosses involved! I’m warning you! NEVER BUY A VEHICLE HERE or GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! I had a very good experience with my salesman Jonathan Simmons. I like my new truck although it is a whole new driving experience comparing to my 2003 F150. I am learning not to shift.

Dropped off car for oil change and a minor repair,,,,kept

Dropped off car for oil change and a minor repair,,,,kept car for about 3 days because of ?storm? could not be washed but thought we would get a follow up call ,,,how is car running,what does replacement part do, any questions on repairs,,,just good customer service

My experience was great.

My experience was great. I spoke with Alexandria Page, she was very knowledgeable with her job and also very, computer savvy. She explained step by step, what was service would take place and that she would contact me , once the mechanic had time to check out the car and she did. She was promt and professional.
