My vehicles issue is still not resolved after three weeks

My vehicles issue is still not resolved after three weeks at the dealership. Went to pick it up once and the check engine light was still on. After leaving the dealership today, check engine light came back on

Staff was friendly and responsive to my requests. Lamin, my salesman, was a pleasure to work with. Luis, in finance, was straightforward and helpful. Would do business here again!

I had an outstanding experience at this Chevrolet

I had an outstanding experience at this Chevrolet dealership. My truck had a problem that several other mechanics couldn?t figure out, but they diagnosed it and fixed it perfectly. On top of that, they went above and beyond by taking care of a recall issue and fixing a headlight that had been burned out for years ? free of charge. I?m extremely happy with their service and truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty. Highly recommend!

I feel so safe at this dealership!

I feel so safe at this dealership! They always take great care of me, get me the best price, and they even go the extra mile to make sure my needs are met and everything is taken care of correctly! Their work is always done correctly the first time. They are always patient and answer all of my questions. As a widow who doesn’t know much about cars, I completely trust Gene Messer Chevrolet. The dealership was great and the employees were even

The dealership was great and the employees were even better. Landry was super helpful and the experience of buying a car fun. Luis in finance was very nice and made us feel comfortable in a situation that was stressful.
