Service employee was very unprofessional with No knowledge. Did not diagnose my vehicle after having it for two days. Manager returned my call but he just made excuses for everything! Ver disappointed!

Man no words can’t describe how happy I am with my purchase it’s hilarious how I have been trying to get into a truck this whole month with dealerships pretty much just trying to get me to sign a horrible deal or hustle me but they didn’t and couldn’t just so they could make a quick buck they were very poorly at helping me and took me one shot with Billy at Spirit in Lubbock tx called me got with him the next day and told him what I wanted and boom he had me a great deal and in my new truck and topped it off with his performance in getting me into this truck the happiness and smile he was able to put on my face when I saw the truck and drove it and especially went to Amarillo TX just to get it same day just to get me into it and he did I will highly recommend Spirit Jeep dodge in Lubbock even though I’m not a dodge person he still got me into my amazing Chevy 3500 amazing beauty truck Thanks Billy M for making this happen for me will be coming to see you on my next and future business and any friends or family will definitely know to go to you and the team Shout out to Billy M
