The truck they advertised was amazing and a steal of a price...until you got there, what liars!!! Engine light was on! but it went through service, it was the crankshaft, Seat was tore up, AC kept clicking, tailgate cable was broke & wouldn't open, smelled bad & was filthy, handle on passenger side was broke, no radio at all but adv sound system: etc - too much to list all.

My truck broke down on my way from Delaware to Florida. Fairey saw me quickly and repaired the truck. EVERYONE was pleasant, efficient, and professional. The service advisor, Kendall, was particularly good. If I lived in SC, I'd make sure to buy my next car here!

I have worked with Ty Merritt in the past on other deals. I follow him where he goes, but my experience with him at Fairey Chevy was beyond superb! We handled everything minus the test drive and singing of the papers online. I told him my requirements and he fulfilled all of them and MORE. I’m one happy car buyer!

GM, Service Manager All knowingly Sold My truck realizing there was a repair issue before sale!!! Did not fix, reduce price or make any attempt to correct the $500.00+maintenance error on their part!! Concerned about profit margin not customer satisfaction! No one above Salesman even spoke me about situation.. Racially motivated, left bad taste in my mouth!! Avoid if all possible!! Not worth the hassle .. Salesman did what he could. Never again!! Poor wasn’t low enough rating

This dealership sold me a vehicle and did not honor the original agreement we had. They charged an extra $1000 after I had already taken the car and refused to give me the title or communicate with me via email or any other form. We went to court and it was ultimately dismissed. A court date has yet to be set in North Carolina for another case involving this same instance. As we go to trial, I will be requesting that the $1000 that this dealership demanded and took from me before I was given a title be donated, if I am successful in my case, to the organization currently investigating the dealership which is the SCDMV Dealer License and Audit Unit. I will not let this injustice go unheard. Please take your business elsewhere. I do not know if they took advantage of the situation because I was from out of state or what exactly the reason is, but I would not trust these people to sell me anything. Thanks and God Bless.

This review is totally fabricated and an attempt by Mr. Matheson to extort money from our dealership with negative and false information. He was supplied with all necessary sales documents and was treated with respect during this whole process. We did defend our dealership successfully in a court of law in regards to this matter, and Mr. Matheson received his title as soon as full payment for his purchase was received. There is no current or past investigation into our dealership of any kind. Just let everyone knw that I had a 9 o’clock appointment just for something simple and I sat there for 6 hours and the service the department ( secretary) had and attitude!!!!!! Will think twice next time!!!
