I was extremely impressed with Horne Hyundai during the process of buying a new vehicle. My sales person, Jorge Valles, was very personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and accommodating. He made sure that all of my requirements were met. He patiently explained all of the extra features of the SUV and actually synchronize my smartphone to the car. I also had the pleasure of meeting Karl, who made the normally tedious process of the paperwork easy and enjoyable. His professionalism and sense of humor were very much appreciated. I love my new Tucson and am very grateful to Horne for this pleasant experience.

I have over the past 40 years have purchased my share of new and previously owned vehicles I am very impressed with Horne Hyundai. The people made the process extremely simple and painless, everything regarding the lease process was thoroughly explained. In addition, any and all questions were answered thoroughly to my satisfaction. After closing the deal John Barron and Jorge took the time to explain and setup Bluelink as well as pair my IPhone to the onboard system. Everyone from financing to sales were EXCELLENT.

I callled in and asked for a sales rep. I was interested in looking at a used Elantra. I spoke with Jorge Valles. He was very knowledgeable about his inventory. We set a time for me to come in. When I arrived he had 3 vehicles for me. I drove them. He offered excellent advice and gently guided me to select a new 2017 Elantra. His suggestions and price comparisons helped me choose the best rebates program. I felt very comfortable with Jorge, would recommend him to friends.

Saw a deal on the internet and went exploring out of curiosity. The dealership manager, internet manager and finance guy all were extremely helpful and did everything they could to work within my limits and bottom line. I hate pushy sales people and managers who play games. None of this occurred. They accept my bottom line and we both ended up happy. Great service and definitely a repeat customer.

We could not have asked for a more AMAZING salesperson then DEVEN. We immediately relaxed upon meeting her. She patiently worked with us to get our new Elantra 2017. My husband and I were not expecting the professionalism she provided to make our process run as smoothly as it did even with a minor xxxx-up on our part. Mike was a big help and Alfred was very nice to our granddaughter during the negotiations.
