I had an appointment for noon, and at 4:00 they hadn’t even looked at my car yet. I needed an oil change and to have the air looked at. Since I needed my car that day, I told them to forget the air and just do the oil change. It took 5 hours to get my car back, and this was after I had made an appointment. I wasn’t even a walk-in.
