I bought 4 cars from them throughout 20 years. My last car I purchased was a used truck that I had problems with after 2 days. I brought it back witch they told me it had over $3,000 worth of repairs. They refused to fix it . Just from the fact I was a repeat customer over 20yrs you would think they would make it right but they have no principles in my opinion. I would recommend that nobody from my job from U S Steel purchase any vehicles from them from this point going forward. We are one of their biggest costumers at this dealership. Buy Chevy!!

Janey Acton my powerhouse saleswoman. This woman help me pick out the truck I wanted. Then went battled beside me With the office, to get me where I wanted to be price and rate wise. We closed the deal at 930PM Remember they closed at 7pm She never got upset about anything and said let me see what I can do, every time I countered. Then 3 weeks After the sale I had some clerical issues. She took my call an got to the people who could fix the issues without giving me the run around. Bought a used car from them. Drove it less than 200 miles and the clutch went out. Got stonewalled for 3 days before they literally told me it was my problem. $43000 spent and now I am out another $3000 to replace the clutch. Don’t trust them.

I purchased a Ford Bronco Heritage From Town and Country AL. They were the only dealer we could find that would sell us the truck for sticker and we live in NY. My salesman Jay Mathis was there for every curve ball that Ford threw. When Ford discontinued the color we ordered. Jay called and said we need to change the order color and year to a 2023 or the order will be canceled. He was on the top of his game all the time. I really believe that if Jay didn't call me to tell me to change the year my order would have been canceled. Thanks Jay my Alabama brother
