Kevin (sales person) provided excellent service showing all the features on the Ram Big Horn both before during test drive. The staff (mangers and finance person) were great in providing an alternate vehicle when deal could not be reached on a 2026 ram big horn. Very satisfied with the 2025 Ram truck.

I arrived on time and my car sat for an hour before it

I arrived on time and my car sat for an hour before it was taken to the repair shop. On top of that I waited 2 hours for an oil change to be completed. I also had a concern about my dashboard bubbling up . They wasn?t able to give me my paperwork in hand , so she emailed it to me and it gave me a quote for an airbag simulator instead of the dashboard. I reached out her , but she wasn?t helpful.

I bought a $40,000 car here at 10 PM, on October 31.

I bought a $40,000 car here at 10 PM, on October 31. I had actually planned to come back the next afternoon to buy it after test-driving one more vehicle. But I really liked this one — and I was told they needed one more sale to finish out the month. Wanting to be kind, supportive, and honestly trusting that everything was on the up-and-up, I decided to go ahead and buy it that night. The next morning, in real daylight, I noticed holes in the seat and rim damage — things I absolutely could not see on a black car with black interior at night. None of it had been mentioned, and discovering it after dropping that kind of money was disappointing to say the least. I called right away and was told the seat would be repaired. Later, they told me it would be handled “at their cost.” Naturally, that sounded like they were taking responsibility since I reported everything within hours. But when I followed up, I learned : I would only need to pay around $200 because I was getting it fixed at dealership cost I would need to call a separate company to schedule it, and I would be handling the entire repair on my own — for damage I didn’t cause and didn’t even know was there. And when I asked why, management simply reminded me the car was “as-is.” That stung — especially after being told it would be taken care of. The salesperson himself was kind and did his best. He’s the only reason I’m not naming names. But the way management handled everything afterward felt careless and honestly a bit dismissive of the customer experience. So if you’re considering buying here: look at the car in daylight, get every promise in writing, and don’t assume verbal reassurance equals follow-through.
