Wonderful experience.

Wonderful experience. Mr Washington was well versed on all aspects of the sale. Everyone involved was helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealer to anyone that is looking to purchase a car.

Great Transaction with Kia Country

Ken Papaleo was wonderful to deal with at Kia Country! I purchased a 2022 Kia Sportage on 11/13/23 and Ken made it an enjoyable experience. I had looked around at other dealerships, but the staff here was wonderful without any "strongarm" techniques like I encountered in other places! Thank you, Ken, for placing me in the perfect car for me! I would very highly recommend Ken and Kia Country for anyone's next car purchase!

Wonderful service experience

My Kia Sorento is only 3 months old and I started having trouble with the radio. My salesman Ken Papaleo and sales manager Adam Richey made arrangements to get my car right in to have it looked at. I was told it may take a week to get my car back but was provided a loaner car. As it turned out I had it back the same day. The radio just needed a software update. With that being said, Adam went over and beyond to make sure my car was priority. I’ve had a lot of high end cars over the years but my I’m very impressed with the Kia Sorrento and the service received at Kia Country of Charleston. I highly recommend their dealership if you are looking for a wonderful experience not only with the people but the products Kia has to offer.

Excellent Service has Earned Our Trust

Our 3rd Kia over the past 20 years. Very dependable. Tech Kevin Beutler (especially), and other Service Staff made our service visit surprisingly pleasant. 2019 Forte showing multiple dash light alerts: Stability Control, Forward Collision Warning, Tire Pressure, ABS, Brake. Arranged an appointment for diagnostic, and had the Forte towed to them for fear that safely driving might be compromised. The car was ready when we arrived on the appointment day. Tech Kevin explained in very understandable terms every item that was addressed, and why. Both rear wheel speed sensors were found to have failed and were replaced at no charge under warranty, also software updates were loaded, also at no charge. Over the past few years, many, many devices onboard cars are interconnected with computer control and safety systems, which leads to multiple alerts being activated when one fails. Very pleased with Kia Country of Charleston!

Top Gun in dealerships
