From the moment we walked in the service was excellent,

From the moment we walked in the service was excellent, no hard sales pitch, no pushy salesman just a guy by the name of Austin showing us around. We told him what we wanted and we told him our budget and he showed us only what we had asked for which For a dealership is very unusual. As a result, we found a vehicle within 15 minutes test drove it and bought it outright with no financing in less than an hour. I wish every dealership had sales people like Austin Bryson, if they did, maybe their reviews would be a lot better. Thank you for making this the most painless car buying experience we have had in many years.

Let’s put it this way because of Bob we will never deal

Let’s put it this way because of Bob we will never deal with Palmetto Ford again! I would like to use other words but I can’t. How he treated my wife was unacceptable! Bob demanded we come and get the expedition which my wife did, when she picked up the car it was dead!! They did work on our Expedition which caused a short somewhere in the dash and refused to look at it and said we would have to make another appointment…. The Expedition has been to Jones and now Ravenal Ford and they still can’t figure out what the xxxx Palmetto did to it!!! Oh don’t get me started on the key fob! We paid over $400 for half a fob. Never received a call from the xxx! Thanks to Bob and Palmetto Ford once our car comes out of the shop will never own a Ford product again!! I would give this dealership like many other people, negative stars if I could!!

Jim Moody was so helpful and kind to me in the service

Jim Moody was so helpful and kind to me in the service department. After having car issues 2.5 hrs from home he helped me so much! Excellent customer service!

Brought my truck here for the first time in nov of 2023

Brought my truck here for the first time in nov of 2023 for a warrantied transmission replacement. It took them 3 months to even touch my truck and i had to drive up there to find out it was still in the same parking spot i dropped it off in while they lied to me about what the current status was, saying it was being worked on already. then after having to show up almost once a week, 2.5 months after starting the work, (over 5 months total for a single transmission at this point), they finally finished it and said it was ready. All for it to last me 2 months and now it's right back in the shop with the exact same issue and it's taken them 3.5 months this time and no sign of it being finished soon. they refuse to give me accurate information about when my truck will be ready or about what work they're even doing to it. about 10 months total of it being with them in the past year, and they still can't even do a 12 hour trans swap. would never recommend these guys if they were the last ones in the world.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan in Sales

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ryan in Sales and Nick, Sales Manager at this dealership. They were both incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist with my new vehicle needs. I cannot speak more highly of the entire experience. The facilities were also very welcoming and added to a very positive experience.

Tony is the Man.

Tony is the Man. I have purchased several cars through the years from him. Exceptional professionalism. My wife just bought a new Bronco Sport. One sweet ride. During the sale i mentioned offhand that my pickup truck was looking pretty sad in the seating department. He has great contacts throughout the area for those aftermarket accessories. Recently he directed me to DES of Charleston that did an exceptional job on reupholstering my old pickup truck.

No words to describe the incompetence of the service department. It's unfortunate, after 12 years of leasing a different make, I went with Ford.

Brian McClung and his team (Joey Weems, Mike Fischer and Dannie Wicker) were phenomenal. Couldn’t have asked for better service and attentiveness each and every time I visited the dealership. With Brian’s friendliness and quick responses to my multitude of questions, it was an easy transition to my new 2024 F150!

I went into palmetto ford because I had a recall on my car so I set an appointment so they can fix it , okay they fixed it and got my car back two days later and notice wires was sticking out my car went back and the gentlemen James moody was very rude like having wires sticking out isn’t a hazard , another gentlemen cane and helped me and also drove my car to make sure it’s not driving funny . This is my last time coming to this location because of this situation and this is the closest location to my house .
