Jeep is in garage for engine with less than 100 miles. Staff specially Cedric has been very helpful providing a loaner vehicle till they figure out why engine light comes on and stays on. Somewhat disappointed as why Jeep engine light came on; however Cedric the manager promised he woul make sure its addressed quickly, now is day two that the Jeep is at the shop. Hope something easy and they could fix for brand new vehicle. Staff are outstanding.

I take everything I said good about this place. I was told I would get a refund from my hendrick autoguard warranty. I canceled it due to buying another vehicle. If you buy new or used from them DONT buy the warranty cause if canceled they say they pro rate it back. Not for me after buying 5 cars from here. What a rip. I scheduled a 50K maintenance and showed up 15 minutes
I scheduled a 50K maintenance and showed up 15 minutes early. No other cars were in the bay. I was told it would be an hour to service the 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I went to the waiting room and no one was in there. Within 1.5 hours, there were 6 or 7 other people having their cars serviced. When 4 of them were told their vehicle was done, I walked to the bay after 2 hours of waiting and the technician said they were just pulling my Jeep into the working bay and that it would be another hour. So I asked to back the Jeep out and give me my keys so I could leave. Which I did. Terrible customer service.
