I recently purchased a Dodge Ram from out of state.

I recently purchased a Dodge Ram from out of state. Michelle was very helpful and polite. Actually, I was very impressed with every aspect of the purchase. The truck was delivered to me in Georgia within two days of the purchase. The used truck was flawless. I plan to purchase again from this dealership.

I schedule an appointment to have my oil changed and

I schedule an appointment to have my oil changed and driver side window looked at because it doesn’t go up smooth, it slows down mid way cycle. When is arrived at my appointment time I was told they could change the oil but had nobody to look at the window. I took time off work for this appointment. When I asked when should I make another appointment for someone to look at the window, I was told in a month. Ridiculous and who is running this service department because it needs help if that’s how you treat you buying customers.

The salesman, was really cool, his name was Tyler, sent

The salesman, was really cool, his name was Tyler, sent me numbers and was consistent in contact, but i drove 500+ miles and the finance guy, not Tyler, acted like he couldn’t do anything for me as far as warranty or trade-in. Out of 10 the overall experience was probably a 4. And the numbers magically changed after i already drove from southern Louisiana to past Fort Worth, Tx.
