We've been doing business with Lawrence Hall Anson for years and they never disappoint!

My experience here is the type of thing that gives good people/organizations a bad name. We bought a car from Lawrence Hall Anson and a week later after one wash, the paint on the hood seemed like it was faded, I waited another week to see if it was dirt but ended up being out of town for work. My wife had the car washed a second time while I was out of town.......I returned home to find the hood of my car was a disaster. When I returned home I called our salesperson. He said that was a used car and there was nothing he could do that was it... I took it to the service group in Abilene, and they confirmed it was oxidation and admitted it doesn't happen overnight, however, there was nothing they could do. This is so disappointing. Why am I disappointed? 1- I guess I expect more from small town people and business. 2- Because this was obviously a known issue; this does not happen overnight (per their own service team) 3 -The sales 'professional' was abrupt and had a complete lack of respect for the issue and disregard for the problem. A positive note -The service team in Abilene was nice, professional and took time to understand, examine the car, look for other problem areas etc. I will do my best to tell others of this experience and buy all my future vehicles from dealerships where I have had a better experience, as I should have done in the first place. I regret this experience.
