The most horrible service I have ever seen.

The most horrible service I have ever seen. I bought a new Buick Encore. My car phone won’t work. My On Star won’t work. Half the time my cruise control won’t work. They couldn’t care less. The service department is an absolute joke. They will not return calls and do absolutely NOTHING to help you. Do NOT buy from them! But guest mistake I ever made!

Great experience buying from Lawrence Hall Chevrolet. From the initial phone call to the final closing they were friendly and respectful. Special thanks to Lyle Baker and Dustin, a service technician for promptly fixing a small issue on my new Tahoe before I made my long drive home.

Entire buying experience went great.

Entire buying experience went great. Everyone was polite and friendly. The process went quicker then I have had at other dealers. Even had a followup question, they checked into it and got it completed the next day.
