Quick and easy process. Worked out deal over email and came over 3 hours to leave with a used truck. Financing was fast and helpful. I do wish the truck was detailed a little better when picking it up. Great experience overall.

Heritage sold me a truck representing that it had features that worked, but upon closer inspection it did not. Multiple times we had conversations about the backing lights in the bumper and they represented them to be a wonderful add on that obviously worked. They assured me that they would get me an answer about turning them on. However, when I got the vehicle home and investigated further, I found the lights didn’t work because they were not even wired up. The lights were placed in the rear bumper but the wiring was just tied up under the bed of the truck. I’ve called/emailed to get the situation rectified, but am yet to find a resolution.

The finance guy made things easy, explaining the numbers to me on the BIG screen. I was even able to afford an extended warranty that didn't run up my monthly payment. Service was great but sales not so much. I did tell one of the managers about. Hate to be bring it up but salesmen shouldn’t be rude to people. Made my decision not to buy there because of sales and prices.
