Awesome experience AGAIN!!!

Woody in Willcox is great!! No haggling or day long visit. Fair and speedy!! Even if I move away I?ll still go back to Willcox to buy vehicles from Woody.

Kempton gets it right

David Farar, my salesman, was friendly and helpful. He answered my questions, and if he was not sure of some detail about the 2018 Equinox, for example, the new color Sandy Ridge Metallic, he found the answer. When I was unsure about the details of the sales/buying process, he explained until I understood. My contacts with the managerial staff (Kyle Kempton, I believe) were also transparent and helpful. I did not feel pressured to buy or fast-talked about price. I feel the price I was allowed on my trade was fair. The follow-up after the sale has been very good, even to include a bag of cookies and help programming my garage door opener.

Excellent service and Great Staff

Everytime we have service work to be done, whether it is something major or just routine lube, oil, etc., done, it is accomplished with the greatest of expertise. And they are courteous and always willing to explain their work.

David Farar was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He took time to make sure I understood everything and even helped me get set up on OnStar and wifi.

Great service

Got me in for an appt quickly, and did a great job. The waiting room was perfect for my 3 kids to play on their tablets and relax, without getting antsy.

long time in a hotel

It was a long and cumbersome experience. Some was beyond the dealerships control. My truck arrived on Sat. afternoon, they were closed. Not open on Sunday. Monday the part had to be ordered from Phoenix, Tues. found out needed another part that was not found at first. The fuel pump and sensor both had to be replace. The part cost about $100 more than a parts house would sell it to me for. They did give me a discount that was nice. I know that they usually don't do that for customers. I spent three days in a hotel, rented a car, drove 300 miles home and then back to pick up my truck. So it was not like a standard oil change. "|"
