I had a horrible experience buying a new Toyota Tundra. The Tundra was not a match for me. After much searching I stumbled upon Arrow Ford up in Abilene, TX. I explained my dilemma and was able to trade into a Ford F 150. What a joy to drive! Arrow Fordgot with the program and allowed me as much time as I needed to become familiar with all the stock that was available. I wish all dealerships were like them. They gave me better than good on the trade and delivered the Ford F150 to my house for me. Numbers were clean and straight forward. Not a shell game like the Toyota dealer in San Antonio. Forget the competition, go buy a Ford truck if you are looking to buy a pickup. Arrow Ford did me right.

The friends I have there from past sales, maintenance and repair activities, and now once again purchasing a new Ford product, are true friends, doing whatever they can to make my experience positive and rewarding. Outstanding Service. Before and after the sale. Had never a light duty Ford. We were pleased with the deal they made on the new F150, A few months later we also purchased a used Ford Fusion. 18 months after purchase of the F150 they are still treating us like a potential customer.
