Great Dealer. I have enjoyed last 27 years of buying a Truck and several Automobiles. Service has always been GREAT!! Minor problem on last service work that was taken care of and corrected, but someone made a lots of changes in my information system and I can not get it set back as I have had it for 7 years. I know they will fix as soon as I am able to drive there.

I always have an issue with the service department. My vehicle went in for an oil change. When I received my vehicle back, there were grease stains on the drivers seat and door. This has happened before. I never hear back from the dealership on their poor service.

They took it back on time and returned it as promised. Fixed problem and explained to me everything they did. Great job.

They were friendly helpful respectful explained everything very well I would highly recommend them I would buy a vehicle from them again

Grant was nice enough to answer my questions online. He was quick to respond and very helpful. My husband and I decided to drive over (we live in a neighboring town) and look at the truck I was interested in. I didn’t think to let Grant know we were coming as I thought we were just going to look. When we got there, we couldn’t find the truck so we went inside and asked for Grant. He didn’t mind that we were there without notice and quickly found the truck and brought it around front for us. The truck was beautiful and Grant explained all the features of the truck to us. Grant went over all numbers with us and my husband was ready to buy. Grant got everything together for us and we bought the truck right then and there. I like to buy local and we have purchased 7 vehicles from the local Ford dealership here in our town. We did go by there first but, they didn’t have the color truck I wanted and they didn’t offer to see if they could find one (that’s what they’ve done for us in the past). Anyway, we found Metter Ford and everything worked out. Thanks Grant for everything. Everyone we met at Metter Ford was very nice. My apologies to the detail guys because I didn’t realize we were going to buy that day and the truck I traded in was filthy.

Above most other dealerships, this outfit has the best service, efficiency, and friendly staff. JR exceeded my expectations as my customer service representative.

Everyone was so kind from the front desk receptionist to the salesmen and the finance dept. With my freshly started credit the bank was a bit slow regarding my new car but everyone at Metter ford made it all wonderful and helped in everyway possible. They have been 100/10 with every step of the way and I am so grateful !! A special Thanks to Mr. Matt for all of his help in finding the perfect vehicle for me!!!
