oil change

The only thing that caught me by surprise was the price of the oil change. I didn't think that a simple oil change would be $97 but other than that everything was fine.

Great Service.

Fast, and quick. Though it would be nice if you vacuumed out the vehicles as part of your service. My previous dealer (different make) provided this service every time I took my car in for service.

Service

My f350 had several problems. Erg valve replaced. Mechanic was sent to house to repair turbo clamps. Wrecker sent to tow to ford. Update given from service dept on work. Cracked heads repaired. Picked up and noise noted r front. Returned to Allstar and problem repaired. I pull a large elite horse trailer and in the road a lot. And mechanical problems are a worry. The service staff were courteous and worked hard to get my (Beast) f350 back in the road. Will and have recommended to others. Thank you again. Terrie Knotts

Great service, knowledgeable sales staff

Aaron was very helpful and made our purchase a very pleasant experience. If we need a car in the future we will definitely visit him again. He was very knowledgeable in all areas that we addressed (car knowledge, financing, servicing our vehicle, etc.) He was professional and made sure that we were happy with every detail of the car. Shane in finance also did a great job explaining our financial agreement. He went over all of the warranty and maintenance options with us in great detail as well.

Problem resolution.

Normal maintenance (THE WORKS) went well. But the servicing of the ignition switch did not completely resolve the problem, intermittently not being able to turn switch on. I'm not sure if it is the ignition key or what? The switch will work if the key is reversed. The switch was replaced at the last service call on 9/16. Your staff was most helpful in handling the service immediately.

Pleasant place to get your car worked on.

The service writers (or whatever they are properly called) are always very friendly. My service was done quickly. I also enjoyed seeing the owner's '68 Cougar. Nice iron.
