Cadillac ST5 Purchase Review
Dwayne Klien has been my sales representative for better than 10 years and us in if the most outstanding gentlemen I have yet to meet! He is efficient, honest, exceptional in his customer service approach. He is more like a friend than a sales rep. I drive 200 miles just to trade at Wagner with Dwayne Klein! If you are looking for a Cadillac, I highly recommend him!

The sales team was courteous and took their time finding the Unicorn of used Cadillac SRX. It had to meet my strict mechanical guidelines and all my wife's wants as well....for the right price.....She has herself a new to her SRX.

Wagner Cadillac is "THE" place
The sales staff is great and helpful. Buying a car is easy and painless. Then after your purchase they really take care of you in service. I have always had outstanding service at Wagner Cadillac. From the ease if making an appointment to the staff going out of their way to assist with everything needed. Service and repairs are done in a timely manner and affordalbl. I can't see myself going anywhere else.

Awful service!
Took my 07 SRX in for a few services. They didn't replace fender well cover after replacing blinker bulb and left rear cover unsecured. They left a black shoe print on carpet. They didn't tighten lug nuts properly after tire rotation and I was missing a lug when I got home. They cracked some of the plastic off front bumper. They charged me twice for labor and parts and gave no explanation. They charged me for 2 engine air filters instead of 1. They didn't give me the discounts/s I was entitled to. They charged me for 2 services plus labor for something that is actually 1 service. They offered to come get my car and have it detailed and fix what they did but I declined because of the way my vehicle was initially treated. I filed a complaint with the BBB and their attitude abruptly changed! They lied to the BBB, accused me of lying about damages, etc and now insist they didn't do anything wrong!

The BBB reviewed all information in this case and determined we have done everything possible to try to address Ms. Harvey's concerns. The BBB closed the case after Ms. Harvey rejected every attempt to address her concerns over a 37 day period. Ms. Harvey declined to bring the vehicle back to verify and correct any issues. We offered to take Ms. Harvey a loaner vehicle and pick her vehicle up. She declined this offer as well. We were not given an opportunity to confirm or correct any of her complaints. Ms. Harvey was not charged twice for an air filter. Her vehicle has two separate air filters for the engine and cabin. Both filters were replaced with her authorization. She was not charged labor twice for one repair, she was charged labor for each repair. After her visit, Ms. Harvey took her vehicle to another business and had work done which we diagnosed, offered to repair and she declined. Ms. Harvey then asked to be reimbursed for the work done elsewhere after she declined it. Ms. Harvey was not offered any discounts and did not present any form of discounts offered on her services. She was not entitled to any discounts. We absolutely have not lied to Ms. Harvey, the BBB or any other customer. That is a baseless and absolutely false accusation. Wagner Cadillac has a long standing reputation of exceptional service. We are not perfect, but we always stand behind our work and correct any mistakes that occur. Our customer satisfaction scores are consistently high when compared to Cadillac's regional and national scores. We offer pick up and delivery, shuttle service, loaner cars, courtesy car washes and many other services not offered by other repair facilities. We have GM Certified, ASE Certified and ICAR Certified mechanical, paint and body automotive technicians. Wagner Cadillac stands behind our quality individuals who provide an exceptional sales and service experience.
Amazing car buying experience!
After finding the car we wanted on cars.com, Wagner Cadillac provided the smoothest car buying process we?ve ever experienced. After going to other dealerships in the area and living through the stereotypical ?car salesman? experience, we discovered Wagner Cadillac and we don?t regret it! The team at Wagner, including our salesman James Tate, was extremely friendly, trustworthy, and attentive. James even managed to handle most communication through text message, which is the easiest for me at home with a 6 month old baby. To top it off, we got a well priced SUV in amazing condition. We are so thankful for Wagner for keeping the car buying process as stress free as possible! Thank you!

Service Experience
Had a service issue. Just stopped in with a issue with my SRX. They were a huge help kept my crossover to check it out gave me a loner to use. I was very satisfied with the service advisors. Will do business with them again.
