Found a Colorado on their website optioned close to what

Found a Colorado on their website optioned close to what I wanted and let them know I was on my way. When I got there they couldn't find it. A long drive in traffic wasted. This dealership is about as helpful as a screen door on a submarine.

They seem to love to waste your time.

They seem to love to waste your time. I bought one vehicle here and they were very deceptive hoping we wouldn't notice that they would increase the APR or add things, each time they came back with the paperwork they had added something else. It takes four hours to get your oil changed and another half hour after you show up to collect your car. I spent 20 minutes waiting to make an appointment for service only to be told that there was a "page and a half" of people in front of me and they would call me back. I called when they opened so apparently they have no staff to even make an appointment for my truck whose tranny seized up at 24k miiles. I love my truck, unfortunately I have to deal with a dealership that has me under their thumb so they don't worry about customer satisfaction.

It was the best car buying experience of my life.

It was the best car buying experience of my life. I was treated like a family member. The entire process was smooth from negotiating to delivery. Thank you Chris and team for my new C8.

I love Chevrolet but not the repairs people are dirty

I love Chevrolet but not the repairs people are dirty business that not right to do with my car. I look my car and found that they are on purpose or not responsibility that not connect together, they just leave disconnect and run. I was pissed off what the xxxx, they are certified but look that crap

Batteries needed replacing only 7 months after purchase

Batteries needed replacing only 7 months after purchase wouldn’t replace under warranty had to pay and they didn’t even clean corrosion on clamps. Won’t be buying any more vehicles from this place I’ll go somewhere else.

This dealership by far is the worst I've seen in my entire life. Transmission shot with a warranty but still paid thousands on a rental because obviously chevy can't build a reliable truck any longer and the dealership can't install another in a timely manner. Less than 2 weeks the new transmission is shot. Round 2. Told they test drove truck yet the out miles match the in mileage. The founders would shut this place down. Founded on service...they forgot what service is. Forget this place and go where the customer is appreciated

I highly recommend Hope Echeveria to help you get into a new/used vehicle. She is very respectful, professional and very kind. She has a lot of compassion for her job and to help others. Tried making an appointment online, that function did not

Tried making an appointment online, that function did not work. Used online chat, first available appointment was two weeks out. At the appointment, I was told it would it be 4 more days before they could analyze the problem. What good is an appointment if they can't keep it, especially after 14 days? I was so frustrated, I canceled the appointment and pulled the car out of line an left.

called service dept to schedule an oil change for my C6.

called service dept to schedule an oil change for my C6. At one time they did have 'Express Service'. When I arrived, I was informed they no offer that service. No problem, I still need my oil changer. 20 minutes go by and I still see my car in the service line, but now there are a group of employees standing around my car and it looks like they are pushing it, yes pushing it for some unknown reason. I approach them and what going on? I was informed that the car would not start, there is a "mechanical issue". There was no mechanical issue 25 minutes ago, "sir it will not start, please try for yourself". I entered the car hit the start button and the engine started. They had the ignition in "auxiliary". I turned off the car and went back into the waiting room. 10 minutes later I notice it has not moved, however now a mechanic is there with the hood open with diagnostic equipment attached to the battery. I approached him and asked what he was doing, he informed me that there was a mechanical issue he was attempting the diagnose. I asked him to please remove his equipment and close the hood and take the papers for my oil change and pleas dispose of them He did as asked, I started my car and drove off. Less than an hour later a get an email to please give an evaluation of the quality of service they provided. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

Stopped in because I had to replace drip strip on the

Stopped in because I had to replace drip strip on the roof of my car. Took 2 different trips to get it fixed. When they ordered part no phone call I had to call them ,first time forgot to order a part needed second time I had to call them took 25 hrs again for them to get in touch with me. They gave me appt of 8:30 and actually git my car in fast,could have been they knew I was not happy lol. But when my car was finished it sat for about 40 minutes before I could pay and leave. I can honestly say as nice as everyone was I wouldn't go back.
