Contacted them about a used vehicle they had on their site, as I live 90 minutes away and didn't want to drive their for nothing. Took 3 days to get a response in which NONE or my questions were answered and their representative(Carlotta) kept claiming she made "numerous attempts" via phone to contact me, of which she never actually did. Feeling that it took 3 days to get back to me, I figured they didn't care for my business, so I decided to look for a vehicle elsewhere. About a week later, Carlotta again claimed she made "several attempts," which once again was a lie, and that I need to contact her so we could move forward. Being as I am a person that hates being lied to, I notified Carlotta that NO attempts were ever made & to no longer contact me as I had taken my business elsewhere. Apparently this got the attention of her Supervisor(s) as she FINALLY reached out to me via text in which she actually answered the questions I had asked in my initial inquiry 10 days prior. Notifying Carlotta that I really didn't care about her "sob story" of getting reprimanded by her Supervisor for the lack of her doing her job, I once again notified her that I had taken my business elsewhere and to make no further attempts to contact me. She apparently felt it was appropriate to tell me to, and I quote horrible spelling and all, "lighten up a little and stop acting like u hate the world n everyone in it." Great Customer Service there Woody Folsom!!!!! Your reps really go out of their way to get customers in, don't they?

Great Service Department!
I had to bring my 2009 Maxima in for a service visit. The guys at Woody Folsom Nissan were really easy to deal with and had some great suggestions on how I could improve the performance of my Maxima. They performed several tasks in a short period of time and the pricing for the repairs were very affordable. I would recommend this service department to anyone needing good service.

Terrible Service Department
Dropped my wife's 2011 Rogue off for a transmission issue the car developed while she was visiting her parents (we live in Atlanta and felt it was not safe for her to drive it from Vidalia to Atlanta). After 6 days of run-around from the service department a rep finally admitted they had not looked at it because they were backed up with other cars. Would have been nice to have been told that when I dropped it off instead of 6 days later. I called Woody on day 6 and got a call back from the service department 90 minutes later with a diagnosis and a promise to have it repaired as soon as the part arrives. That was 3 business days ago and now service is claiming the part has not arrived and they don't get involved in ordering parts etc... Seems no one in that shop cares about customer service. Meanwhile, we have been w/out the car for 9 days, had to rent a car adding to my out of pocket expenses. I called a Nissan dealer in Atlanta to find out if the part needed was really that hard to acquire, when I described the part "transmission cooler" to the Atlanta dealer I was informed this is not really a part at all and was integrated into the transmission requiring a full transmission replacement. I would not recommend Woody Folsom Nissan to my friends.

No Games, Glad I bought my truck there !!
After making numerous calls to dealers in my area I called Darryl Smith at Nissan in Vidalia and got all my questions answered on the phone and made an appointment for a test drive. They told me how much my truck was worth before I even went!! I have purchased 2 cars in 5 years and never been treated with as much respect of my time. The financing was fair and there wasn't any games the other dealers wanted to play. I feel I got a great deal on my truck and have told a bunch of people about Nissan of Vidalia and plan to tell anybody I know that needs a car or truck to go see them. Call and save yourself some time.
