The service department will rip you off!

The service department will rip you off! We just paid them $838.00 for work that they said needed to be done to my husband's truck and it was in worse shape when he picked it up than it was when he left it with them. A real mechanic, who is honest, fixed the truck in less than ten minutes and charged nothing. Lesson learned...They won't get the chance to rip us off again!

(((((Local mechanic with 30 years experience please read )))))This past Friday I returned to the used car side to talk with manager and the man who made a offer on my truck I want to sell my truck he offered(( 42,000 for the truck or he said I can Wright a check for what you owe and send it to finance company and Wright you a check for your equity ))I found he was not there so a sales man called him to ask him about the meeting and what had transpired I told the guy I would take 43,000 and we could do the deal few days before when I had went i also looked at a little older dodge 2500 didn’t test drive at the time but did look at it the whole reason I was selling truck was to not have a payment I only owed 15,700 on the truck the manager mentioned he could do a deal straight up so I kept that in mind so when on Friday I ask to test drive the dodge 2500 I was able to find several things that did not work I brought this up after the test drive they were willing to fix or I could I’ve also been a mechanic for over 30 years at this time the sales man took the deal to the new car side to I’m assuming the finance manager this man would not honor the deal reached before with manager he was ugly about the deal I was stunned the manager said the deal was good for a week so I started asking a lot of questions then the other guys in the office started coming to his defense so basically I was ambushed in that office now mind you I had dealt with the used car manager before I bought a car from him before and everything went very smooth as things began to escalate that’s fine I’ll just sell you the truck I said he then said ok do a street buy to his sales man then said we’ll send a check into to pay of what you owe and when the title comes in you’ll get your check I said again your manager didn’t say that he said I would get a check when he wrights out the financed portion and I said your taking position of the truck so I said no and I would never do business there again I’m also going to put up a YouTube video of my experience at this dealership and specifically the man who seams to be running it all I can recommend is talk to the manager behind the desk in new cars before u make a purchase he is the head of the organization that leads his employees because this could happen to you I will never go back

Deception

Never again

Took my car there to get it fixed for a recall on it and they broke my windshield and won’t fix it ! My wife and I both know how it was before we dropped it off when we got it back it was shattered!

Braughr my car up there to get it fixed cause of the...

Braughr my car up there to get it fixed cause of the recall and they ended up shattering my windshield and won’t fix it ! I don’t recommend them at all! If they can’t even own up to something that they did nor look more into it why would you want to trust them with your car ?

Amazing Amazing Amazing

My experience by far was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! I’ve never had this type of customer service it takes buying a vehicle to an entirely new level! I received paperwork and my truck in less than 24 hours. I planned on driving hours to the dealership I wasn’t able to my daughter was ill. Josh quickly coordinated a new plan had a driver come to my house remind you I lived over 3 hours away with the paperwork and truck while leaving with my Tahoe as the trade in. Driver was also an amazing person not one time was I rushed and he answered any and all questions I had. Highly recommend this dealership I’m so thankful to them for going above and beyond and making this an experience I will never forget! Thank you for everything guys could not be happier! Keep up the good work I give this dealership 10!!

Colby was awesome! I just moved here from CA and needed a Texas size vehicle the Ford Explorer was perfect. Was in and out and they had my SUV ready in no time. I'm glad I bought local.

Zero concern for customers

Purchased a used truck via the Internet and made arrangements to come to the dealership and pick it up. After my arrangements were confirmed by the dealership they then sold the truck out from under me and didn’t even let me know until after the fact. They never asked me for a deposit nor did they tell me that the truck would still be up for sale to someone else this is after they ran my credit and got me approved for the loan I thought the deal was done. I would not trust a single thing that used car sales manager tells you (Jack). In my book this is the lowest you can go his only concern is the dollar

Customers mean nothing

I purchased a used truck from this dealership Via internet. He ran my credit get me approved for financing I made arrangements to come out to Texas and pick it up only to be told that they sold it to somebody else from out under me. This was after I confirmed that morning that I would be out there. This to me is as low as you can go they care nothing about their customers only the sale. I would not trust a single thing Jack tells you the used car sales manager. Michael Easton
