waiting area very comfortable, very friendly easy to meet new people, make time go by easy while work is being done, appear to be a short time to wait

2014 chevy

Went for an oil change , talked about Trailer tow service keeps going off says it needs service ,said it would be $150 to check ,salesman approached there for traded vehicle.

All work performed at Vaden Chevy Dealership was completed as expected without any delays. The quality of the maintenance was excellent. And, with Onstar connected to your auto, Vaden gives you an edge on things needed when you are on a tight schedule and don't have time to stop and gather info to explain in great detail your problem before taking it in. It's nice to be able to link up to your website and schedule an appointment for your Chevy without having to actually bring the car up to the dealer beforehand. Thanks Dan Vaden!

Lisa is rude

Long story short Lisa is very rude and uses all cheap car salesman tactics to try and lure people to a sale. When a return needed to be made she made the remark “you’re walking now” never will i return
