Service visit - January 2019

I brought my vehicle in due to a noise after being involved in an accident. The cosmetic repairs were made to my car but the body shop failed to take in to consideration the noise I noticed after my car was hit. I was certain there was more damage to my car than cosmetic . I brought my car to service , my consultant Ashley was phenomenal. She listened to my concern because she knew I make a point of keeping my car up to par. I had dealt with her for my previous service needs. The repairs needed for my vehicle were evaluated and verified. Ashley spoke with the insurance company to ensure the repairs needed would be covered as part of the claim from the original accident. She took great care and concern for me as the customer. Ashley is great asset to the dealership service department.

Sold me a lemon in 2015

August 2015 I had bought a used car from Dan Vaden and my wife and I were informed we had warranty for 5 years. For 3 years we had issues with the car. First the air bag, then the front windshield (which we ended up finding out was replaced before we bought it), and now the whole ventilation system has a molding smell (which the Chevy in Hinesville, GA informed us it will cost 5k to 7k to fix). When this current situation happened we ended up finding out we did not have warranty for five years. So I called Dan Vaden and the manager Alberto informed me that he would do everything he can to get us out of that car and into a better car of my choice which will be safer for my family and I. He informed my wife it will be hassel free and drama free (his words). We spent 4 hours there to only leave in the same car. Tony the sales man was excellent and did everything he could for us. He presented us with a deal and we signed to complete the process. An hour after signing and Tony getting paperwork typed, Alberto takes back the deal. How do you give someone a deal, get them excited, and then take it back? This dealership has very sketchy managers working here and I would not even refer my worst enemy to this dealer. They need to get it together before they find themselves in a lawsuit. I do plan on calling the BBB and my lawyer!

The bank did not agree with your current credit situation and the most we could get you approved for was about $22,000, and that the amount was not enough for the vehicle you were interested in. Very nice experience

when I arrived everyone was very helpful and the service was fast. The quality of work was excellent also. The new building was very nice. I would recommend Dan Vanden Chevrolet for there service.

My individual experience at Vaden was personable and professional. From listening to my concerns, to scheduling the appointment, followed by servicing my vehicle was handled by Ashley with professionalism and experience. She is very knowledge of the product and works diligently to ensure complete customer satisfaction. All other staff members whether is was sales, maintenance, office personnel or technicians were warm and friendly.
