2016 Ford Fiesta

when I was talking to the sales man about this vehicle, he had great things to say about the vehicle, never in a wreck, 2 owners, less miles, everything seemed Great, when we got there we did drive it and it was great little car, then we started asking questions and got the carfax and noticed it had been in a wreck, nothing major still ok, then when the sales man kept asking why we were not paying in full, its the end of the month and he needs to get his quota, that really turned me off, if we were not buying the car for my parents I would have left. I will not be returning to Cordele Sunbelt, I will stick with Fitzgerald Ford, I can trust them, then to make matters worse, 2 weeks after having this car, I find out that when you go through a car wash it leaks. then my mother said that when she is driving down the road it sounds like air is coming in through the window, so that a nice little bill. WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER USED CAR FROM SUNBELT.

Mr. Johnson

I purchased a vehicle that was told it was a 1 Owner and no history of issues per Salesman but I learned that the Transmission will have to be replaced immediately. Before pickup of vehicle, I asked that freon be put in the vehicle...that was not done. I contacted Salesman and sent pictures last week and no one has returned call about issues. The Carfax showed no issues with a clean Service History.

Horrible service

Very rude customer service. Broke a line on my car and refused to be responsible for it. Called my family names. Mike is a horrible service manager.

False sales practice

Was told to drive down from Macon they could get us in a Ford Fiesta for under $200 a month at $200 a month and they would beat the Riverside Ford price and Macon drove all the way down the Cordele they did not beat the price they were the same price as the Riverside Ford in Macon . So I wasted day wasted time wasted trip somebody telling us thoughts prices that they can get to
