I have had multiple interactions with the service dept

I have had multiple interactions with the service dept since buying my vehicle and extended warranty. The service department has proven to be completely inept and staffed by unprofessional representatives, from the top, going all the way down the chain. The never have parts in stock, take forever to get them, and keep your vehicle for too long. They will not see me again on their lot.

The worst service in my life.

Very disappointed!!! This dealership is not concerned about you or a vehicle you purchased from them. Omar is a sorry excuse for a sales manager. Heartless!

Fast and friendly

Fast and friendly. Went in to test drive a completely different vehicle and wasn?t impressed. The salesman pointed out a different make and model with better rebates and I was sold.

2015 single cab Chevy Silverado pick up

I spoke to someone on the phone and I let them know I was from out of town and was interested in o used 2015 truck but I was wanting to know if the price was negotiable because I didn’t want to make the trip to Odessa just to find out the price is set. Well I got to the dealership and all vehicles were locked, there was no one around to help me out. When I ask a gentleman for help he said he was already busy with someone but that he would get us help. The lady’s name was Karime. I guess she was knew because she didn’t have answers but she did help from her manager, at least she tried. The manager would only talk to her and refused to come outside his office and talk to me about this vehicle. I walked out and don’t plan on purchasing anything from there again. I wish I knew what that managers name was so I could call and complain. Poor customer service plus training, if that was the case. The guy that called and texted me didn’t bother to answer me when I sent him a text saying I was outside to see the vehicle.
