Great customer service
I was extremely disappointed that the ?lifetime warranty? would not cover the transmission issues I?m having; thus, I was unable to have the work performed on my vehicle. This type situation normally would?ve led me to never do business with this dealership ever again; however, the service staff, particularly Shelia, did a phenomenal job communicating with me and arranging transport of my vehicle to/from the dealership. This type of customer service after such a negative encounter will likely bring me back as a customer?

Stay Away!!!
Please do yourself a favor a stay away from this dealership! . My experience is outlined below. 1. The dealership had the exact vehicle I was looking for (2021 Kia Telluride SX, Wolf Grey with Nightfall Edition package. 18,000 miles. The issue was they had the vehicle listed at over $58,000 which was $12,000-14,000 higher than anyone else throughout the entire United States. When I brought this to the salesperson's (Aaryn) attention complete with reports from KBB and Edmunds I was fed every line in the book (well we have had to pay top dollar for trades the last two years, you are looking at trade in values and not retail values when every report I sent to her specifically stated RETAIL VALUES). She offered to sell me the car today for $56,000. Keep in mind this is a vehicle with a trade in value of $41,000! 2. The very next day I look back on the website and the dealership now has the vehicle listed at $49,000. So, I contacted Woody Folsom again and dealt with another salesperson (Madison). We negotiated back and forth and agreed to a $47,000 purchase price on the vehicle. To secure the vehicle through the loan process so that no one else could purchase it out from underneath me, I was told I would need to put a $1000 deposit down on the Telluride which I did. I sent her a copy of my license and credit card. The deal was done. 3. I was then contacted by the sales manager, Anthony, to process the $1000 deposit on my AMEX. We discussed delivery of the vehicle and he said at most in two days the vehicle would be delivered to my driveway. The $1,000 deposit was made and I spent the rest of the afternoon with my credit union securing the loan. 4. The next morning I completed the loan application, met with the loan officer and contacted Anthony to check on delivery of the vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle would be delivered to me that day. After lunch, I had still not heard from the credit union or Anthony concerning the Telluride. Anthony said the deal was tied up in the finance department, but he was on it, and it would be taken care of. 5. At 3:00 that afternoon I reach out again. At this point Anthony told me that the Telluride had just reached the dealership and he was taking possession of it now. He had no idea where the vehicle had been as his logistics department handles all of that and that was completely normal with a dealership this large. So, at this point I had been negotiating with two salespeople and a sales manager on a vehicle that was not even on their lot! Remember Aaryn offered to sell it to me that day for low, low price of $56,000. In fact, after reaching an agreement with Madison I put a $1000 deposit to hold a vehicle that was not even on their lot!!!! 6. I asked Anthony for photos and the mileage as I was obviously concerned as no one apparently knew the whereabouts of a $47,000 - $58,000 vehicle. The Telluride now had nearly 25,000 miles and had scratches, dents, chips, a severely stained back seat and a peeling black trim that was going to need to be replaced! The pictures on the website showed this vehicle in flawless condition! 7. So now we go from having the vehicle promised to be delivered today to now not being able to guarantee delivery until middle to end of next week as they had to wait on the trim to be delivered and then have it installed! When I questioned Anthony about all of this, his response was that this is why he does not like to work up deals without him having seen the vehicle!!!! Excuse me? You promised me delivery today. You worked out a price, had me go through financing, etc. for a vehicle you had no idea where it was located and in fact you had never laid eyes on! When I told him to cancel the deal and refund my deposit, he was quick to let me know that this was fine as he already had another person waiting to purchase the vehicle.

Please do yourself a favor a stay away from this
Please do yourself a favor a stay away from this dealership! This place wreaks of the classic, toxic car salesmen that we all hate to deal with. I have never been lied to and misled by anyone as much as I was when attempting to purchase a vehicle from Woody Folsom Ford! My experience is outlined below........... 1. The dealership had the exact vehicle I was looking for (2021 Kia Telluride SX, Wolf Grey with Nightfall Edition package. It was listed with 18,000 miles. The issue was they had the vehicle listed off the charts at over $58,000 which was $12,000-14,000 higher than anyone else throughout the entire United States. The very next day I look back on the website and the dealership now has the vehicle listed at $49,000. Obviously, someone took my research and adjusted the price accordingly. So, I contacted Woody Folsom again and dealt with another salesperson (Madison). We negotiated back and forth and agreed to a $47,000 purchase price on the vehicle. I was beyond excited as this was THE vehicle I was looking for. To secure the vehicle through the loan process so that no one else could purchase it out from underneath me, I was told I would need to put a $1000 deposit down on the Telluride which I did. I sent her a copy of my license and credit card. The deal was done. 3. I was then contacted by the sales manager, Anthony, to process the $1000 deposit on my AMEX as he could not read the code on the copy I sent Madison. The bank was waiting on the bill of sale from the dealership. Anthony said it was tied up in the finance department, but he was on it, and it would be taken care of. 5. At 3:00 that afternoon I reach out again. At this point Anthony told me that the Telluride had just reached the dealership and he was taking possession of it now. The Telluride now had nearly 25,000 miles and had scratches, dents, chips, a severely stained back seat and a peeling black trim that was going to need to be replaced! Absolutely nothing like the pictures that were presented on their website. The pictures on the website showed this vehicle in flawless condition! 7. So now we go from having the vehicle promised to be delivered today to now not being able to guarantee delivery until middle to end of next week as they had to wait on the trim to be delivered and then have it installed! Bottom line, please stay away from this dealership. Sleezy, lying, unethical, crooks are the individuals I had to endure over this entire nightmare of a purchase. Please save yourself a huge headache take your business elsewhere. This dealership is trash!

Woody Folsom Chevrolet
Marc Dibiase at Woody Folsom Chevrolet worked with me to get my new 2022 Traverse. My questions were answered in a timely manner. They got me in and out quickly, so I didn?t have to spend half a day in the dealership.
