My Sewell experience was everything a person could want from a dealership. From the moment I walked on the lot I was treated like family. I had already shopped other area dealerships but either felt like I was pressured or like I did not matter. Paul was very professional and courteous as were his manager and the finance department. i have already told all my friends and family to drive from Big Spring over to Odessa for a vehicle, it is worth the 60 mile drive.

When my car was totaled, I didn't even think of going to any other dealership except Sewell Ford. My previous vehicle (a Mercury Sable) was also purchased there and I always received exceptional service. Everyone is so friendly and they go above and beyond to satify customers. We like swell ford, they have done us good. They are friendly and helpful. We up graded our pick-up we have an 2001 black F150 pick-up which we bought from swell and we liked it so much we upgraded it to a 2010 black F150. We would recommend swell ford to anyone.

He was good to get back with you and answer questions. We are from Utah and traveled all the way to Odessa to purchase our Lincoln. He was very professional and helpful with everything, he was very knowledgable about everything. We were treated so good when we got there, it was worth the trip. A decent buying experience overall. I loved working with Mario Matta, he was very friendly and answered all our questions. The only problem I ran into was when discussing prices and financing. I don't like to play the game on negotiations, just give me a good price and rate based on my credit score. I had to send the salesperson back 3 times before I got a price, rate and trade in value that was respectable. Outside of that, we got a good car and are happy with it.

We had a good experience at Sewell Ford used trucks. We walked in and bought exactly what I needed. No more or no less. I was not pressured into buying a vechile that I did not want or need. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. This is the second vechile that we have purchsed from Sewell Ford and we would go back again because of the service.
