I was referred to Jason by an acquaintance. I called...

I was referred to Jason by an acquaintance. I called ahead from Alpine and spoke on the phone to Jason and got the website address for Sewell's used vehicles so I could preview what might be available. I then let him know when I would be driving to Odessa to shop for a used vehicle. It was very hot that day, but Jason spent the whole afternoon helping me find what I wanted. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. We went out of his way to insure that I got what I was looking for. I was very pleased with his consideration and the vehicle I decided to purchase. Omar, also, was very helpful in finalizing the paperwork. I would definitely recommend Jason Valenzuela to assist anyone in purchasing a new or used vehicle from Sewell.

I was always greated with a smile and a handshake. Aaron was completely honest with me as to what I could or couldn't get with my poor credit score and how to change it, while Cain managed to find a national lender to finance my vehicle. After the sale was still met with quality for the customer that I have never had/seen with any other dealerships used for my prior vehicles.

Terez was a great person to work with when I came in...

Terez was a great person to work with when I came in looking for a new car. He was very helpful about explaining how everything worked inside the car, especially the Sync Navigation System, and other newer features. He made sure I was comfortable with my choice in cars and even went out of his way in that regard. I appreciated his giving me time to decide without pressuring me & my husband. We felt comfortable with all the people we dealt with including Andrew, Shane, Austin & Britt. We look forward to years of service at Sewell. Terez is an asset to a wonderful dealership. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car and have a first class experience.

Sewell made a big impression on the small details that...

Sewell made a big impression on the small details that matter. A full tank of fuel, presentation of car waiting for me when arrived on the lot and extra keys made. This, done a 100k mile car that was not high priced. The deal was exceptional and all work promised, completed with documentation. Whit Parks, Robbie and Josh Powell are to be highly recommended and to be bought from again without hesitation. There is a Sewell difference, even after 100 years!

Paul and Cain were both great to my family and I. We came...

Paul and Cain were both great to my family and I. We came in knowing what we wanted but werent sure if it would be possible. Paul helped us locate the vehicle, did an outstanding job of presenting the 2011 Ford Fusion and Cain did not stop working for us until he made sure we drove that car back to Big Spring. Both men, as well as everyone else we encountered on the lot, we very respectful of us and patient with our two children who's ages are 3 and 2 months. I know hearing a bratty 3 year old and screaming baby for several hours couldnt have made the experience and more enjoyable. Paul has also taken very good care of us after the sale, making sure that he can get the small things we needed. My family absolutely loves the new Fusion, or as my son keeps calling it, "The Race Car". I already have been and will continue to recommend Sewell Ford from now on, thanks again Sewell Family.

I live in Midland, Tx and I take my Ford Truck to Sewell in Odessa for all my service needs. They work with me on getting my Truck in and out as soon as possible. I would highly recommend Jeff Cole and Sewell Ford for all your needs. A 5-star dealership. Keep up the good work guys!

I went into Sewell Ford, with the vehicle and price in mind. My salesman Dale, was courteous, friendly, and most importantly very helpful. He showed me the all vehicles that fit my description, and was very patient when I was deciding. After choosing my vehicle, Dale was able to obtain the deal I was looking for. There was no games or anything, just straight, honest, and fair. I went to see Omar for the financing. Omar was also very friendly and helpful. I thought it was going to me a long process, I was wrong. I was in and out of finance. The longest part of my wait, was my phone to add the vehicle to my insurance policy. After the car was washed and fueled, Dale walked me through all my features and Sync, he even programmed my phone. I could not imagine that buying a new car would be easy as it was, but Dale and Omar were professionals and are great people. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you Dale, and thank you Omar

Adrian was very friendly and answered all my questions. Always made time for me and promptly returned my phone calls when he was busy with other customers. Always greeted me with a handshake and a smile. Cain was very professional and always ready to help even though they were extremely busy.
