New 2017 Ford Explorer - Woody (Baxley)

Our salesman (Will) was very well mannered, helpful and very knowledgeable about the 2017 Explorer. The finance supervisor was also very helpful, everyone was very nice.

Easiest purchase ever!

They gave me an unbeatable price up front and done everything over the phone. They even delivered my new F150 right to my door with the paperwork at no extra charge and took my trade in with them. Outstanding Service!!

My oil change and service!

I went to see if I could get my oil changed and they gave me a price of $55. I called over to a local dealership basically the next County over and they quoted me a price on an oil change for $32 a whole $20 difference?! I also wanted to see if I could get my brakes checked out and they told me that they did not have time to mess with that. and this was on a Saturday. call back over to the other local dealership and they could fit me in right away with my oil change and adjusting my brakes. I thought Woody Folsom was supposed to have the best customer service no matter what and they couldn't even take me in on a Saturday well before lunch? my experience was not a good one and I have bought from Woody Folsom before and was grossly overcharged and had haggled to keep the car. During that experience I also took the keys back to the dealership gave him the car if they would not accept it. the reason I was taking the car back? whenever took it home that day the warning lights came on and I took it back but kept it for three weeks and when I pick the car up I made it to my mailbox and the warningnot come on again so I took it back I ended up with the car anyway though but just because they would not take it back. so with these experiences I really prefer not to go back to Woody Folsom Automotive.

Bought a truck and they delivered!

I found the truck I wanted online, called and spoke to the internet department and they handled everything over the phone. Agreed on price and payments and they delivered the truck to my house with no extra charge! Best buying experience i've ever had!

new vehicle

Cam Brannen and Kevin Carter at Woody Folsom Ford was extremely helpful. They gave us information, answered our questions but never made us feel under pressure or stressed. We like to ponder over a purchase before making a decision and not feel pushed or hurried. They were accommodating and approachable at all times.
