Worst service department ever!

Worst service department ever! Kept my truck 2 weeks ,never looked at it. Never again will I go there for anything. Wolwine Ford will get all my business now. Laurel Ford employees are rude and will not contact you about your vehicle. This place simply sucks.

Mrs Belinda Bender is the nicest sales Lady I have ever done business with I drove 3 hours to purchase a 2023 Nissan from Kia of Laurel and everything she told me was just what I found. Hope we can do business again

TERRIBLE.

TERRIBLE. Purchased a van December of last year. Still cannot get My tag! This has been a complete mess. Please go somewhere else. It has been nothing but trouble trying to get answers. Will not return call or emails. In the process of trying to figure out what my rights are on returning the vehicle.

It was good. I couldn't complain once a bit. Great

Had a great experience. Ms. Jenna was very helpful and great customer service. The oil changed was done under an hour like she promise. She follow up with me everytime she knew something about my car. She also asked me if I wanted coffee and donuts. Thank you again for a great experience.

Secure financing before shopping

I recommend you secure financing from someone else if trading in a car. I was so looking to buy, but could not strike a deal. They wanted me to pay $3000.00 more on financing than I was paying on my 2016 car and they low balled me an additional $2000.00 on the trade in. In told they was trying to stick me for 5 Grand. I was disappointed when they didn't get back to me with another offer and I couldn't get my Escape. I work too hard to eat 5G and that 5G pushed my price too high.
