Absolutely horrific customer service.
Absolutely horrific customer service. Do not buy a vehicle from these guys. I recently purchased (4/27/2024) a certified Mercedes GLE 450 from this dealership, and my experience has been nothing short of disheartening. Not only did they fail to provide essential services promised during the sale, but their overall treatment and lack of responsiveness have been subpar. Firstly, at the time of purchase, I was assured that a spare key, a new set of windshield wipers and a trunk mat would be provided to me (the latter was part of the business negotiation). However, to my astonishment, these items have still not been sent to me, even though I was told that I ought to get them within 30 days from the day of purchase. The absence of these essentials not only reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction but also poses a safety concern given the importance of clear visibility through proper windshield wipers. Secondly, one of the main reasons I chose to purchase from a certified Mercedes dealership was the assurance of a thoroughly detailed interior. Unfortunately, upon pick up, I discovered that the interior of the Mercedes GLE 450 was far from being detailed ( and the sales rep, Jordan witnessed the lack of cleanliness). The neglect in cleaning the interior shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for maintaining the high standards expected from Mercedes. Furthermore, I have attempted to address these issues with Albany Motor Cars multiple times by calling and leaving messages for the GM but no response. I've been met with indifference, unresponsiveness, and delays in resolving the problems I encountered during the purchase. I plan on taking this matter to the corporate.

I regret to inform that, despite my initial review
I regret to inform that, despite my initial review expressing dissatisfaction with Albany Motor Cars, the situation remains unchanged, and essential items promised at the time of purchase have not been provided even after eight months (since 4/27/2024). The promised spare key, new windshield wipers or reimbursement for the ones I had to purchase due to the poor condition of the ones that came with the certified car, and trunk mat are still pending, contrary to the assurance that they would be delivered within 30 days. Attempts to resolve these issues have been met with frustration, as the manager, despite over 20 voicemails and numerous texts ( proof in place) and requests for a callback, has not taken the initiative to address or rectify the situation except for sending me extra mats (which were provided at the time of purchase). The lack of responsiveness and indifference to customer concerns demonstrate a severe lapse in customer service. The subpar treatment and unfulfilled promises not only undermine the trust placed in a certified Mercedes dealership but also highlight the disconnect between customer expectations and the actual service provided by Albany Motor Cars. The disregard for maintaining the high standards expected from Mercedes, especially in terms of a detailed interior, further exacerbates the disappointment. I have i purchased 2 vehicles with Albany motors. Their customer service is unparalleled they cared about my budget and vehicle requirements. They work with integrity and transparency. On both occasions I was able to drive away knowing my purchase was sound,that the vehicle was in great condition paperwork history of services provided and I know if I was to have any issues the team at albany motors would always take care of me. I have recommended this dealership to a few friends both have purchased vehicles with albany motors and have experienced they same level of fantastic service that I have had. Their service leaves a lot to be desired.
Their service leaves a lot to be desired. We purchased a GLE350 in 8/21. First tire problem was 9/21. Was told it would take 1 entire month before we could get a replacement. Now we are 10 months in and are told we need 4 completely new tires because of no tire tread. We have only 17k miles on 2 of the tires and less than 10k on the other 2. We tried to have the discussion (after calling 15 times to the dealership with NO answer, my husband drove 30 minutes to the dealership to face to face speak to someone) that these were obviously bad tires that were purchased and sold on the car from Albany Motorcars. Their wonderful and helpful response was that we the customer had to call and deal directly with Bridgestone Tires ourselves. I fully understand and we do not expect 4 new free tire replacements but I expected assistance from the service department to call Bridgestone and negotiate on my behalf to make the situation right and at least get 4 prorated tires. They were of no help whatsoever! This makes 2x in 10 months on the purchase of a brand new vehicle!! So sad you pay this much for a fine automobile only to be disappointed in the service provided by the local dealership. If this is the way Mercedes operates then this will be my last purchase of a Mercedes!!!

I do not understand why my title application was not sent
I do not understand why my title application was not sent out till April 29 when I purchased my Mercedes’ benz car April 13. Over two weeks? This is not what I would expect from a Mercedes dealer or any car dealer. Very disappointing and not very customer focused.
