Had an appointment for 3 weeks for oil change.

Had an appointment for 3 weeks for oil change.It states on your service door that the service center was open until 2 pm .We arrived at 1.30 pm to pick up my truck ,the service center was closed completely locked down and closed.We had to g0 into the show room and get someone to help me get my truck,finally they called Gene to come back to work to get my keys to my truck and pay my bill.Saying if you not going to stay open the posted hours,you need to change the times on your door,or at least inform the customer of times.We recently had our 23 Yukon in for service with the same Gene,we had problems with that visit which we waited amonth for the appointment,which it left there not completely repaired.The front in of this dealership is great,however your service department absolutely stinks !!!

Hayes was excellent!

Hayes was excellent! I could not have asked for a better salesperson. Smooth and easy experience start to finish!! I would recommend Hayes to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

It took 2.

It took 2.5 weeks to get a service appointment, the truck took 7 weeks to repair a torque converter and starter that locked up when they went to test drive it. A loaner vehicle was not offered. Communication was poor, GM notified me that the dealership was unresponsive to emails and would reach out to me for updates (I called weekly for status updates). I was very disappointed that a torque converter would go out at 41K miles, 5.5 years old and not covered under warranty. I worked with GM directly and they ended up providing some assistance given the scenario.

The worst customer service ever.

The worst customer service ever. I spoke with one salesmans about a vehicle prior to it arriving and she quoted me $1500 to look at the vehicle first dibs. However, my friend of another race spoke about the same vehicle and she was quoted $1000 cheaper than myself. Make it make sense.

Highly Motivated & Professional Team!!!

***PRINCE CHEVROLET, ALBANY, GA, SERVICE TEAM!! Aubrey the GM, is a very honest and patient leader. Aubrey was very thorough when we had questions. He was able to explain our questions in our terms. Nick, theMechanic is top notch. If Nick didn't have the answers, he would consult thr GM Engineers. Maye is amazing at Customer Service and she took me home 1 time, very sweet. Grant is also an amazing CSR, easy to talk to, listens to your concerns. Craig drove me back home several times, sweetest man ever. This team right here, 5 stars!! They all have been very attentive to my family while our 2023 Chrvy Silverado has been in their care. Highly recommend them.

Stereo touch screen replacement

Had to get my touch screen replaced because it stopped working, should have been a gmc recall because most of them in my model truck is going bad

This dealership is pathetic yes y’all thought I forgot no I didn’t they called me in and had me to change my last Review and I still didn’t get my car worked on and that was in 20222!!! My when I called back the man over Customer Service said that I took too long to bring my car in y’all I was waiting on them to get me a loaner car to get back and froth to work so they can fix my car and they LIE about Fixing my car I will never buy or tell a friend about PRinice of Chevrolet!!! Service is horrible wait time is horrible!!! Dealership is horrible!!!!

Pathetic

11:00 am appointment for oil change and tire rotation. It took 3 1/2 hours for this service - pathetic. I was given a price of $79.99. I was charged $89.99 - pathetic No explanation or apology was given for the unreasonable wait time - pathetic I will not be back. Neither will I buy another car from you. It is obvious your service center is pathetic. GMC corporate will be told about this.

Mr. Hamner, We received your review of your recent service experience at Prince in Albany and are certainly disappointed. First, let me try to explain the pricing. Your services were for $79.99 plus sales tax and shop supplies fee which brought your total to $89.49. I apologize if it wasn’t clearly explained to you that taxes and fees were excluded. Secondly, and probably most importantly, is the wait time. There is honestly no explanation for it taking 3.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation especially considering you had an appointment. Please accept my apology as this is certainly not our norm. We have a new service manager who has literally been on the job less than 1 week and is working hard to get our service department heading in the right direction. So we hope you will give us a second chance to redeem ourselves. And as a customer goodwill, I will be glad to offer you a free oil change and tire rotation (value of $79.99 plus tax, fees) as an apology. Hopefully you will see that we are trying to do the right thing and you will notice a difference on your next visit. I also noticed that this was your first visit to our service department since 2019 so we welcome you to try us again in the future. If you would like to discuss further, please reach out to me. If you do take us up on our offer, please print this email as proof of your free oil change. It will expire on July 1, 2023. Thank you.
