The service was fantastic and Eddie Sanders did a wonderful job of keeping me up to date even if he had to stay after hours to do so. We have purchased several vehicles from Randall Motors over the last 20+ years. I appreciate their patience and no pressure approach to helping us choose a vehicle that will meet our needs. When service is needed the staff is friendly and thorough in making sure the job is done right. Their facility is being remodeled (early 2015) and the staff continues to do all they can to provide the best in customer satisfaction under less than satisfactory working conditions. good service
service was great , sorry my husband took long to call back and pay that extra fee that was not included ( clerical error) on out tab. ( it was during a holiday and we were not available) . I am taking this survey owner of vehicle my husband was one that took the car in for service.
