My experience with this dealership was very satisfying

My experience with this dealership was very satisfying thanks to salesperson Heather Laponte. She handled this transaction with professionalism. She treated me with respect. She was not a pushy sales person. Every thing went really smooth. I was pleased with my sales experience, and would recommend Robert Fender Chevrolet.

I bought a new Trailblazer from Robert Fender last week. Heather LaPorte was so helpful and she made the experience a great one! She gave great customer service and didn't make the dealership experience high-pressured or stressful. Best experience I've had buying a car!

Just bought my new vehicle at Robert Fender. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing an automobile! Their price and their customer service cannot be beat! Heather LaPorte was great to work with! She went out of her way to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend this dealership!

What a pleasant experience. From the first phone call...

What a pleasant experience. From the first phone call till driving away in my new truck. My salesman Don was awesome. When I called or texted him I got a quick response, and the response was always positive. I’ve been buying a new truck every two years for about the last 20 years and have dealt with a lot of dealerships. I can honestly say that because of my salesman and his manager this has been one of the best if not the best experience to date. When it’s time for me or my wife to get a new vehicle, this is the first (hopefully only) place I’ll be going.

Happy Customer

Brought my 2017 Impala in because my radio went out and everything that was connected to it went out as well. They had to order the part and I was back in the next day. They're friendly, helpful, courteous and just a pleasure to be around. They made me feel like I was right at home.

Took my truck for warranty work, when they called for me...

Took my truck for warranty work, when they called for me to go pick it up and the inside door handles didn't work. The door handles worked when I dropped it off. It also took them 6 days longer than their estimate. When I asked them if they would bring it to me because I have wasted 2 tanks of gas going back in forth, they claimed they laid their delivery workers off. Save your time and money and keep your frustration level down and go somewhere else.
