RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could give less than one...

RUN FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. If I could give less than one star I would. There are many other dealerships in Waco, literally go anywhere else but here. We had the worst experience here. We saw a car we liked online, went in to check it out and test drive it (spent a total of 3 hours doing so), worked out a deal to trade in our car, and put down a $500 deposit and signed a contract to hold the vehicle while it went through detailing and servicing. We were told the detailing and servicing would be done the next day and that we would get a call letting us know when it was ready. After not hearing from them for two days, I finally reached out to see if the car was done. To my surprise, not only was the car not done, but they told me someone else had put in a deposit like we had two days before we had but that they had done it online and they didn't see it in their system until after we had left. They told me the car would go to them and we would be back ups in the case it fell through. They never called to notify me of this situation, I had to be the one to call and find out. I am shocked by their unprofessionalism in making the mistake in the first place and not notifying us of their mistake the moment they found out about it.

GREAT customer service!

We ended up having a GREAT experience here! We had Drae as a sales rep and he was AWESOME. There was a slight mix up on the price of the vehicle… but when we brought it to their attention, they made it right with no hesitation. We were shocked because it’s hard to find such GREAT customer service at a dealership that also offers so much else! We will definitely be life long customers here! Thank you Bird Kultgen!

I previously called and left a voicemail for the service...

I previously called and left a voicemail for the service center because my cars hands free system and radio shut off. They never called back. I just made a service appointment for a transmission issue and was never told it would take days. My husband just dropped it off and they said it would be at least a week before someone could even look at the transmission. Why didn’t someone call us and tell us beforehand? Also, they said there are no loaner vehicles available for us. I bought a brand new car and they can’t find one thing for us to drive in the meantime because it’s having mechanical issues? The sales team here is top notch, the service center however is worthless.

Expedition purchase

Great experience working with Joshua Deyo. After the purchase was done he worked with me on setting up my phone and all of the settings for the different settings. Great guy!!!! Love my Expedition also

Was told that I couldn’t have a payment no larger than...

Was told that I couldn’t have a payment no larger than what I was currently paying through another dealership. Salesman at bird kultgen said otherwise that they messed up somewhere. So he says he will run through Ford credit again. Well they say the same thing to him. Then I get 4 alerts of 3 other lenders that pulled credit inquiries as well. Not one time we’re they given permission to pull credit from other lenders. Only Ford Motor! Also said it had to be a relative to co sign!!

Adam Brown was FANTASTIC!!! He went above and beyond with the customer service he provided. He kept working to help us even after we made the purchase when he didn’t have to. The process was seemless and the experience great. Definitely recommend!! No hidden fees. Was also one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership!!

Professional, efficient and friendly

I stated the process with internet sales and progressed go my final sales associate Mr. Adam Brown. From the beginning of the process, I was greeted by very friendly employees quickly evaluated and taking care of my needs. Adam was top of the line sales and for my next vehicle, I would seek out Adam to help me. Overall the dealership was great and would recommend to anyone needing a quality vehicle which includes quality service.

great experience

They worked hard to find exactly what I wanted,and met my expectations with price. Josh Deyo is great to work with and helped me totally surprise my wife with the new Fusion. Josh is the reason I decided to give Bird-Kultgen a try.
