Great Service Keeps Us Coming Back!

We love Mike Smith. He is our man. But, besides Mr. Smith, another thing, a VERY important thing, that keeps us coming back is the service we receive in the Service Department! Tony Martinez always recognizes me and calls me by name, as does Mike Smith! That just feels good. And he and Amanda ALWAYS make sure we are taken care of and everything is how we want/need it. We love the Ford/Lincoln vehicles and Mike Smith, but the Service Department makes buying from Jim Bass Ford an easy, educated decision.

The service department has always been the best. They always get me right in and very friendly. Know who I am as soon as I say my name (which is difficult to understand quite often by others).

Good Service

Was there on time to change oil on new pick up. Ford personnel got down to business and service was fast and good.

Great Experience

Went to purchase a new SUV and decided on a 2022 Explorer. Ryan, the sales rep. was very helpful, friendly and patient with us, pointing out all the options, costs, etc. on various vehicles. He was especially patient and helpful in explaining all the new technology to a couple of older people (us)! No pressure to buy, just really courteous service.
