If I could give zero stars I would. Never experienced such poor attitudes and even acknowledging that I was in the room in both services areas. My vehicle was worked on multi times and never fixed and they love to damage your new vehicles and lie about them working on it for days when you have the app and see your vehicle hasn't moved. Not to mention they won't contact you or call you back. My father works for the state and he had the same issues with company vans.

The absolute WORST car dealership on the planet
I ordered a new truck and waited patiently for eleven months, only to find out Courtesy Ford had made a clerical error when entering the order. They refused to make any effort at all to make things right, even after I found a suitable alternate at another dealership. At one point they even tried to blame me for miscommunicating the specifications, despite stacks of emails and print-outs that showed my directions were crystal clear. When I demanded they refund my deposit, the cashier had the nerve to call me rude simply because I told her I had no clue what credit card I originally used for the deposit ELEVEN MONTHS ago. I had a credit card in my hand and demanded my money back, but she insisted she didn't know who I was even though the salesman had literally brought me over to her desk for the express purpose of processing the refund. They drove me to a complete breakdown and I was crying unconsolably right there at the cashier counter. And, still, not even a single apology for what they had put me through. ELEVEN MONTHS. I honestly don't know how these people look at themselves in the mirror at night.

Terrible don't do business there
I brought my explorer in to have front axles change told them I ordered the parts with them and that there was a vibration in the front only accelerating. I let them know if it was under 1300 fix it if they found anything and would be over 1300 let me know so I could secure funds for it. Next call hey your explorer is ready.take it home it stays parked for a few days full tank of fuel. Me and my family load up in the early am for our trip to Tennessee. First stop for fuel and restroom break. Getting back on interstate grinding noise in front, seems like transmission is slipping, and yep vibration on acceleration. So back home I call them bring it back for them to look at as I am wondering what they did. (1 chance to make it right) unhappy customer call explorer ready what's wrong with is my reply their answer nothing we did sounds like a pto. So I ask well how much is that going to be their answer we didn't check to see if that's what is causing the issue just made sure the axles was right. I then frustrated say well there was nothing wrong with it when I brought it except for the boot on the passenger side was busted very rudely he replied well there must have been something wrong with it if you bought it in for repair. So I ask myself why didn't they check it. (2nd time to make it right) call and talk to gm he was very nice but still no resolve. Now my vehicle is at a different dealership for repair. Was a mistake bringing it to them. Don't do business there I would not recommend them to even wash your vehicle. Poor and unreliable. No care for customer. Will never bring a vehicle to them again

Lousy service and parts
I have had two bad experiences with this dealership. First, the lousy service department telling servo on my 98 Grand Marquis needed to be replaced. Another dealership simply plugged it back in with no charge. The service person was not reachable for days on end and never returned a call. Second one was today 8/17/21. A guy from the parts department tried to program a new remote and messed up the locks. The drivers side won’t lock except with a key and the back two doors now don’t work. He denied he did it and suggested I visit the service department at my expense. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

Called early in the morning about a truck for sale....
Called early in the morning about a truck for sale. Spoke to Oliva who confirmed that the truck was available. I pushed her to get pictures of the truck immediately so I can take a look and purchase it. Over an hour later she finally sends me pictures with a note she had one of her product specialists go look at it. Immediately I told her that I would like to put a deposit on the truck to purchase by text and left her a VM. 10 minutes later she says someone just put a deposit on the truck. If your looking for a sales person that wants to make a sale and won't drag their feet in the process I would avoid speaking with Olivia.

Follow up to previous review. We were able to work out the finance issue with them and now I’m able to give them the review they deserve. The buying process was amazing with Jenna! I would recommend her completely!

Terrible Communication!
My husband's Mustang had a recall on the airbag, so we contacted Courtesy Ford to see if they could put in the new parts. BIG mistake. When we first called, the woman who answered told us that they could do the recall replacement, but we would first have to drive to their facility (20 minutes from our house) and fill out paperwork regarding the model of car so they knew what part to order. She said it would take 2-4 days to get the part in, and then we could bring the car by anytime to get the airbag replaced. So, the next day we went by to fill out the 'paperwork'. When we got there, they said there was no paperwork to fill out, but we would have to come the next morning (it was about 3 P.M.) so they had time to work on it before closing. We gladly obliged, simply wanting to get this dangerous issue handled immediately. Again on the next day, we drove out there, only to have them tell us they had a policy that all recalls must be done between 7-7:15 A.M. (which was the first time anyone had mentioned this 'policy' to us), and they had ZERO availability this week, and we would have to come back in a week (three days before Christmas)! So now we have wasted 80 minutes of time and gas, because this place of business obviously does not have knowledgeable or helpful employees, nor do they effectively communicate to their customers. I guess because we weren't spending money there (as it was a recall), we were their lowest priority. Hopefully no one hits our car while driving and causes us to be injured by the recalled airbags they could not replace, due to their disorganization and complete lack of effective communication within AND outside of the business.

I inquired about a vehicle through cars.com. We were able to get our questions answered quickly from Olivia through email, then complete the online application process, negotiate a price with salesman, and arrange financing over the phone. Because we lived far away from the dealership, a salesman met us halfway with the vehicle to sign papers which was extremely convenient. Very courteous, knowledgable, and understanding staff. We're happy with the vehicle which was exactly as described/pictured and reasonably priced.

Awesome!
I purchased a used 2015 mustang GT. Great experience with this staff and good deals! Test drive 2 cars found the one I wanted and starting taking prices and they worked with me pretty well(surprisingly for a dealership) but overall it was a great dealership and I would recommend them to anyone!
