From the beginning of the visit which was intended to determine whether I was keeping the company car for another year which included tires and oil change and an overview, to deciding to keep, get new tires. While I was waiting, the staff knew I was a busy person on the road to a different destination every day, so when the tires I wanted that were on special, weren't available? They found an alternatative, (which was an upgrade for $10 per tire) and still honored the special. I was able to get work done in the waiting room with the free wifi, and found myself out the door in an hour and half. Thank you!
