Never in my 67 years have I seen such a shoddy presentation of a prospectus vehicle available for purchasing. After driving 240 miles, sales manager never once introduced themself. April the 10th 2023, I dodged a bullet on this Peach Ford dealership in Brewton Al!!! We drove 240 miles one way to purchase a 2019 white Ford Flex with 67000 miles. They offered me $8k for my 2013 Chevy Tahoe with 129k miles. They were firm on the Flex for listed price of $29k. The car drove out of line, had paper towels shoved in between the windshield and the roof pillar on the driver’s side, trim hanging off of vehicle under the passenger door on driver’s side, and severely corroded neutral battery post!! They have 4 days in correspondence to have vehicle ready for sale. Terrible service department. Sales department dropped the ball in preparation of sale. DO NOT SHOP HERE! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Ask for Tracy she is great to work with!!! Took our Jeep in for check engine light, mechanic had it checked and fixed very quickly.

Relocating to a new home and one of our vehicles broke down along the highway. A tow truck took it to the jim peach dealership in Brewton Alabama and they understood our situation and jumped on the repair as soon as we arrived in the parking lot. They talked with us about what was wrong with the jeep and they repaired it and we were back on the road. The entire process from the time we arrived to the time we left took less than one hour. The customer service associates and the mechanic could not have been nicer and more helpful. Wish we lived closer to this dealership for regular maintenance on our vehicles.

Not good, was un organized,, charged one customer $85. Just to check her transmission fluids,and didn?t check the fluids, over charged me and others, buyers be where of this one.

Fantastic dealership! Coming home from vacation on the gulf and truck broke down. Staff was courteous, kind and sympathetic to our situation. Repairs were completed in a timely manner and we were kept informed every step of the way. Definitely recommend for all your service needs.

Great sales people knew what I was looking for and found it !

I was in situation where my car was towed to my house and electrical system shut down. I needed to be at work next day. I called Tracy Patterson a manager in parts Department. She came to my house to see if key needed battery. Than arranged for a tow, Within a short time a tow came, my car was serviced immediately. Tracy went out of her way to see the whole process done in record time. I was able to go to work next day. Car was avaiable by 7:30 am!!!! All staff courteous, and excellent service. I am loyal customer now!! You have a gem in Tracy and staff to be proud of.

Excellent experience because starting with the desk person to the mechanic, everyone worked hard to meet our needs in a prompt, courteous manner. My husband and I were very impressed by the entire staff and the clean facility. We plan to buy our next Ford at Peach Ford.

Excellent dealership to work with. I live in Florida and worked with Hunter in the Sales Department for a few months before buying a vehicle.
