Great service, fast oil changes, clean area

I have my oil changed at CBG in DeRidder, LA every time. It is usually very quick. I ask questions and I get knowledgeable answers. The men are always nice. I enjoy talking with Tommy in the service department if he is not busy helping other customers.

Great service !

The service area is always clean, always a friendly staff to help and always a pot of coffee while you wait, we have bought several cars from CBG and will buy another when we get ready for a new one, because we know they are local and will take care of us. Jay Farquhar

oil change

We have been dealing with CBG Buick GMC of DeRidder, since we moved here in 1989, we have always been received with a friendly smile and and firm hand shake. We have dealt with the Blackmons and all their employes for so long we feel like family and are treated as such, we always buy here, customer service ( Mechel was great ) ,quality of service, repairs is beyond reproach, I wouldn't go anywhere else !! Today I had a routine oil change, and windshield wipers replaced on my company Truck, ( Ford ) , Tommy received me with a friendly smile and ask how he could be of service. I've spoke with Tommy a few times, but feel like I have know him a while, service with a smile !! hard to beat !! Still Miss Lewis but Tommy is well on his way to filling those shoes, good service Manager Thanks CBG !!!!

Great service

Tommy, the service manager met me at the entrance door with a friendly hello and handshake. He asked me how could he help me. I told him a oil change and he ask about a tire rotation. I also told him that the CD player quit working and I could not eject my cd. They could not fix the radio but ordered me another one as advised me that it would be in the next day and would call to set up an appointment. Everything was done in a timely, friendly way. No complaints

Routine Oil Change

Took my 2011 Yukon in to CBG in DeRidder for an oil change. Tommy Jones was very attentive in taking care of having the oil changed and also finding the solution to a problem with the rear window washer. I appreciate the service provided by CBG.

Best Service that i have had in a long time

Informed me of what I needed done and the total price no surprises Job was done on time Every one had a grate attitude toward there job and customers Mr.Tommy L. Jones Service Manager is the best that have seen in a long long time

Great, efficient, friendly and fast service

Very impressed with Tommy as a service manager. I was afraid that no one would be able to match Lewis, but we feel that Tommy has stepped right in to make us feel appreciated. Great service today.
