Great experience, got the car I wanted and would recommend this dealership over the other ford dealership in town any day! My Salesman Jim is the best he sold me two other cars before and I knew what salesman to go to when I decided to go get another car.

I was recently in a real bind, using my car for work, depending on it's reliability every day to make a living. While working is west Mobile, it was clear my car was not going to make it, so I got to Mullinax on Airport Blvd. and asked for Derek Anlage. Derek showed up promptly and accessed my situation. I was in a 2014 Focus in about an hour & 45 minutes. My deal included a great service package that will enable me to ride in comfort knowing my car will completely taken care of for some time to come. As I said before, I work out of my car, so that kind of satisfaction & knowledge is the greatest feeling of all. The staff at Mullinax Ford made sure I was comfortable and my needs were their top priority. That is truly a no worry buying experience.

My wife and I bought our 16 year old a new Fusion for her birthday. Bennie and ALL the people at Mullinax were awesome to work with. They had to get the car in from Indiana, and keep it for a week until our daughters birthday. When we went over from Pensacola Fl to do the paperwork they had everything ready and we were there less than 45 minutes! Bennie even brought it over to Pensacola to us the night before the birthday party. Thanks to Mullinax Ford!!!!!

One of the many things that I liked about Mullinax was the upfront pricing. No one hassled me while I was looking at different trucks. My sale person was Brandon Dana. I went to buy a particular Ford Explorer and they had it in stock. The salesman went over all the bells and whistles with me plus all the safety features before I test drove it. It was the perfect car for me!! My husband and I had researched prices so I knew the price was right and the process was fairly painless. I have recommended my parents to check them out for they too are in the market for a new Explorer!!
