He walked us along step by step answering all questions and fulfilling all requests along the way. The finance manager, Terence Logan, was very thorough and sincere in explaining each and every part of the final purchase process. Everyone else we encountered inside and outside of the showroom greeted us with smiles and offers of help. Miles away from the pressure and stress encountered at other dealerships. This was my second purchase from Mullinax Mobile and I will return in the future and recommend to others.

For several monthsI had been search for a F250 in a specific color and with certain features. In my search, I found a link to Mullinax Ford who had the particular truck I was looking for. On a Friday evening after work, I drove over an hour to look at the truck. Although the dealership was scheduled to close at 1900, they stayed to make sure that the deal worked for me. The staff was very friendly and I would recommend them to others.

The salesman was very helpful in picking out just the truck I wanted. He also arranged for the installation of the accessories wanted. It was overall a great purchasing experience.

The sales staff was very helpful to find the truck with all the features I needed. The truck had to be fitted with a bed and shipped to the Mobile Mullinax. Derek called to let me know when Mullinax received my truck.

This is by far the easiest it's ever been to buy a new truck. The dealership was super fair with pricing and did not try to insult me by starting at a ridiculous price and spending the whole day arguing. Their "no hassle" price was very fair. The salesman (Michael Steiber) was super nice and did not pressure me at all. I honestly felt great when I left the dealership, which has not always been the case. Highly recommend!!
