Bought my F250 brand new in 2015 from Bill Fick. I’ve had it in Fick’s body shop and service department multiple times. I have NEVER been impressed with either. There is no attention to detail. My radiatior still leaks as it did before I had my whole front end fixed as part of an insurance job. They’ve painted my door handle and rear corner of my bed. One has dirt/dust particles under paint while the other is streaky. The most infuriating part is I take my truck to them for an aliagnment to get rid of my death wobble. Without my truck for the day and a charge to my charge I get my truck back with no change in the wobble. Had my brakes changed at a small shop later on and they pointed out the issue for free and offered up advice. Something Bill Ficks dealership has never done for me. It’s always “ ok, ready to pay? Take your truck and leave.” Do yourself a favor and deal with someone who cares about you and your vehicle.

Poor Service
Loyal customer , not worth $20 prorated battery life? Fixed my problem without honoring Warrienty . Very poor mechanic! The Service and Parts manager could care less !

Engine repair/tuneup
Despite repeated attempts to repair my ranger truck, it still does not run as it should. They must have few boat payments to make because they try to sell me parts that I do not need

Do not recommend for glass repair
Had both my windshields and sunroof replaced through them. There has been nothing but leaking. They replaced all the glass within hours. When calling back to complain about leaking they said I can bring it back and they can fix it when they get to it. Definitely don't recommend them for glass repair or whoever they use.

Highly recommend salesman Mike Reilly. Customer service oriented. Found the car we wanted in one day, no pressure, prepared paperwork ahead of time so that everything went smoothly and efficiently - no waiting. Best car purchasing experience ever!

Rude salesman
I told the salesman I was just looking When he found out I was upside down on my car. He disappeared with another custermer. Had he took time with me, he would have sold a p/u. Then I call this morning and service tells me to call sales at 9am. That's when they open...:

We purchased three vehicles from Bill Fick in the past, then the dealership changed to a different owner and went WAY DOWNHILL, so much so that we purchased our next vehicle at a dealership in another city. We stopped having our vehicle serviced in Huntsville. We are so very happy to see that Bill Fick and his staff are once again back in Huntsville, Texas. We highly recommend Bill Fick and his staff' - they have always been fair, professional and focused on customer service. WELCOME BACK!

worst place to buy a car
Not a star worth giving have had nothing but trouble from this dealership. Don't get the warranty unless it's a ford no one will honor there extended warranty they sale personally.
