Repair from xxxx

My vehicle was in the shop for a 1 month going back and forth with the insurance, premier wasn't uploading the claim properly every time, what was heart breaking was me walking into the service tech and another co-Woker expressing negative towards me unknowingly of me standing in the hallway. When i did a walk through i notice the clips of the side of my car was not glue correctly, i still have to take it back to see if they will redo them without any hassle

Made an appointment 5 days in advance for service.

I made an appointment 5 days in advance for 10am on a Tuesday. I came in and they told me I'd have to leave it for at least two days because their board filled up over the weekend. So I settled for only an oil change... I'm still waiting on my 3rd hour... never coming back here for anything.

Unsatisfactory performance

Have not had good experience buying from this dealership; felt we were deceived with the vehicle we purchased. Were told "it just came off the truck" when actually it had been on the lot for nine months. Then took another vehicle in and did not receive satisfactory service.
